Testy Air Fryer Apple Chips Recipe

Air-fried apple chips are crunchy, tasty, and healthful for any time of day. Brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg add sweetness to their natural sweetness. All you need is an air fryer and a few simple ingredients.   

INGREDIENTS

– 2applesI used Granny Smith – 1/2teaspoonground cinnamon – 1/4teaspoonnutmeg – 1tablespoonbrown sugaroptional – Pinchof salt

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP-1

Preheat the air fryer to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

STEP-2

The apples should be sliced very thinly using a mandolin or a knife that is extremely sharp.

STEP-3

Put them in a big bowl and then add the sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture. To combine, give it a toss.

STEP-4

In the basket of the air fryer, arrange the apple slices in a single layer, taking care to ensure that the slices do not come into contact with one another.

STEP-5

 In order to prevent the slices from flying around in the air fryer, you should set a small trivet on top of them if you have one available.

STEP-6

The cooking procedure should take between eight and twelve minutes, during which time they should be turned and flattened at least twice. 

STEP-7

Until the food is crisp.The apple chips should be removed and placed on a wire rack so that they can cool down.

STEP-8

Proceed in the same manner with the remaining apple pieces.
