Single Serving Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

It's so easy to make this Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie! The sides are a little crispy, but the middle is soft.

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS: 1 DEEP DISH COOKIE – 2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter , melted and slightly cooled – 2 tablespoons (25 grams) light brown sugar – 1 tablespoon (13 grams) granulated sugar – 1 large egg yolk – 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 1/3 cup (42 grams) all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled – 1/8 teaspoon baking soda – 1/8 teaspoon salt – 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chip

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Warm the oven up to 177°F (350°C). Spray cooking spray that won't stick on a 10-ounce ramekin and set it away.

Step 2

Melt the butter and add the brown sugar and powdered sugar to a small bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well.

Step 3

Add the vanilla extract and egg yolk and mix until everything is well mixed.

Step 4

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix just until everything is mixed. Then add the chocolate chips and stir them in slowly.

Step 5

When the dish is ready, put the cookie dough in it and press it down into a flat layer. If you want, you can add more chocolate chips and gently press them down.

Step 6

Put the cookie in the oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the sides are golden and the top is set.

Step 7

How long you bake it for will depend on how big your bowl is. To avoid cookie top browning, tent with foil. Let it cool down, then serve and enjoy!
