Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies are delicious, easy to create, and only require a few ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 34 COOKIES– 1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter cut into piece– 1 and 3/4 cups (350 grams) granulated sugar– 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk– 3/4 cup (190 grams) creamy peanut butter– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract– 3 and 1/4 cups (325 grams) quick-cooking oat
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Gather and measure your ingredients before starting.
Step 2
Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper (I like to line my countertop with a huge sheet, but if your surface is heat-resistant you can do this too) and put aside.
Step 3
Stir the butter, sugar, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts and everything is mixed.
Step 4
Give the mixture a rolling boil (the top should be covered in bubbles and bubbling violently) and let it boil without stirring for 60 seconds (set a timer).
Step 5
Combine peanut butter and vanilla extract after removing from heat. Add the oats and toss until they are coated and well blended.
Step 6
Put spoonfuls of the mixture on the baking sheets. Flattening cookies with a 1.5 tablespoon scoop is my preference.
Step 7
Cool for 45–60 minutes or until cookies are firm, then serve and enjoy! Long-cooling cookies stiffen up more.
