Delicious Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

These Peanut Butter Balls have a chocolate coating and a creamy peanut butter filling. Five simple ingredients make this recipe incredibly easy!


SERVINGS: 36 PEANUT BUTTER BALLS – 1 cup (250 grams) creamy peanut butter – 6 tablespoons (85 grams) unsalted butter softened to room temperature – 2 cups (240 grams) powdered sugar – 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 1/8 teaspoon salt – 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chopped


Step 1

Cover a large baking sheet with parchment. Set aside. Mix peanut butter and butter with a handheld mixer in a large bowl. 

Step 2

Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt and beat until mixed, scraping basin sides as needed.

Step 3

Spoon peanut butter mixture into balls and set on baking sheet using a one-tonner measuring spoon or cookie scoop. Place the peanut butter ball baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Put chopped chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir well after each 20-30 second microwave increment until thoroughly melted and smooth.

Step 5

Take the peanut butter ball baking sheet out of the freezer. Return each peanut butter ball to the baking sheet after dipping in melted chocolate.

Step 6

After coating all the peanut butter balls in chocolate, refrigerate the baking sheet for 45–60 minutes to solidify the chocolate.
