Easy Edible Cookie Dough Recipe

This Edible Cookie Dough is simple and tasty. Heat-treated flour and egg-free make it safe to eat! 

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS: 2 CUPS – 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour spooned & leveled – 1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter , softened – 1/2 cup (100 grams) packed brown sugar – 3 tablespoons (40 grams) granulated sugar – 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon salt , adjust to taste – 1 1/2 tablespoons (23 ml) milk – 2/3 cup (120 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chip

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Cover a large baking sheet with parchment. One-layer flour on the baking sheet. 

Step 2

Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 5-8 minutes or until flour reaches 160°F (71°C). Let cool after removing from oven.

Step 3

Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large basin with a hand-held mixer until well blended. Stir in vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt. 

Step 4

The mixture will be crumbly after adding the flour. After combining the milk, taste and add salt if needed. 

Step 5

Serve and enjoy or cover firmly and chill after mixing in the chocolate chips.
