Delicious Cookie Dough Dip Recipe

This cookie dough dip tastes and feels like chocolate chip cookie dough and is safe to eat! Use pretzels, fruit, graham crackers, or whatever you like with this dip!

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS: 8 SERVINGS – ½ cup all-purpose flour spooned & leveled (65 grams) – ½ cup unsalted butter softened (115 grams) – 8 ounces cream cheese softened (226 grams) – 1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar (200 grams) – ¼ cup powdered sugar (30 grams) – ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ cup heavy whipping cream (60 ml) – ⅔ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (120 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

To treat the flour with heat: Warm the oven up to 180°C/350°F. Put parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Even out the flour on the baking sheet. 

Step 2

Put the pan in the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the flour gets at least 160°F (71°C). Take it out of the oven and put it somewhere to cool.

Step 3

To create cookie dough dip, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a hand-held mixer. Scrape bowl sides if needed.

Step 4

Beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large basin with a hand-held mixer, scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 5

It's time to add the heavy whipped cream. First, mix in the vanilla extract and salt. Then, add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and salt.

Step 6

Sift the flour in and keep mixing until everything is well combined. Then add the chocolate chips and slowly fold them in.

Step 7

You can serve and enjoy, or put it in the fridge with a tight lid until you're ready to serve.
