Simply adding a few ingredients makes these Classic No-Bake Cookies easy to create. These peanut butter, oat, and cocoa powder cookies make a simple treat!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 30 COOKIES– 1/2 cup (115 grams) butter (sliced into pieces)– 2 cups (400 grams) granulated sugar– 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk– 1/4 cup (20 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder– 1/2 cup (125 grams) creamy peanut butter– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract– 3 cups (300 grams) quick-cooking oat
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Gather and measure your ingredients before starting. Parchment two big baking sheets and set aside.
Step 2
Stir the butter, sugar, milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder in a large saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts and everything is mixed.
Step 3
Set a timer and boil the mixture for 60 seconds, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Combine peanut butter and vanilla extract after removing from heat. Add the oats and toss until they are coated and well blended.
Step 5
I use a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheets. Serve after cooling for 20–30 minutes and enjoy!
