Best Pickled Eggs Recipe

Pickled eggs are a delicious, ready-to-eat snack made from hard-boiled eggs in vinegar and brine. Follow the short recipe video below to create this tasty and quick supper!  

INGREDIENTS

Pickled eggs with beets: – 6hardboiled eggspeeled – 1can of beets in liquid – 3/4cupcider vinegar – 1 1/4cupswater – 1Cupwhite sugar – 6clovesgarlicwhole – 1/8teaspoonblack peppercorn – Pinchof salt Rosemary garlic pickled eggs: – 6hardboiled eggspeeled – 3/4cupcider vinegar – 1 1/4cupswater – 1Cupwhite sugar – 6clovesgarlicwhole – Peel from 1 lemon – 5sprigs rosemary – 1/8teaspoonblack peppercorn – Pinchof salt Dill pickled eggs and veggies: – 6hardboiled eggspeeled – 3/4cupcider vinegar – 1 1/4cupswater – 1Cupwhite sugar – 4clovesgarlicwhole – 6carrot round – 6zucchini round – 5sprigs fresh dill – 1/8teaspoonblack peppercorn – Pinchof salt

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP-1

Reserve 1 cup beet juice after draining. Place some beets, garlic, peppercorns, salt, and 6 eggs in a 2-qt. glass jar.  

STEP-2

Sugar, water, vinegar, and conserved beet juice should boil in a small pot.  

STEP-3

After simmering for 1-2 minutes, pour hot liquid over beets and eggs and let cool. Serve after refrigerating for 24–48 hours under a lid.  

STEP-4

Pour sugar, water, and vinegar into a small saucepan and heat. Let simmer 1-2 minutes. Fill a 2-quart glass jar with eggs and other ingredients. Pour the hot liquid over the eggs and let it cool.  

STEP-5

Serve after refrigerating for 24–48 hours under a lid.  

STEP-6
