Vanilla Peach Mug Cake Recipe

The easiest 10 Minute Gooey Vanilla Peach Mug Cake. These easy peach cakes are excellent even for novice bakers. Make this deep-dish mug cake in minutes with a few steps. Vanilla, brown sugar, and buttery peaches are present. Every bite is excellent. Serve this little cake with ice cream warm. 

Ingredient

– 1/2 of a peach, sliced thin or chopped – 3 tablespoons brown sugar – 2 tablespoons salted butter – 1 egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 cup all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons old Fashioned oats – 1/4 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 pinch cinnamon

Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a 10-12 ounce microwave-safe mug with 3-4 peach slices and 1 tablespoon brown sugar for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Mix 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a basin. Stir in flour, oats, baking powder, and salt until mixed.

Cover the peaches in the mug with batter. Do not stir. Top with remaining peach slices. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Use 1/2 tbsp butter.

Full-power microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes (I always do 2 minutes). Served with ice cream. ENJOY.
