Triple Layer Rice Krispie Brownie Recipe Step by Step Guide

Triple Layer Rice Krispie Brownies will amaze you. For days when you need a boost, they're ideal. Completely scrumptious lunacy in three layers.

– 6 tablespoon unsalted butter – 6 ounce semisweet chocolate chip – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – ¾ cup all-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – 1 cup sugar – 2 large egg – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 16 ounce cream cheese – 2 large egg – ¼ cup sugar – 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoon milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan with cooking spray, lining the interior with parchment paper and leaving 2 inches hanging over the sides.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring every 30 seconds, until the mixture is smooth.

Beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl of an electric mixer using the whisk attachment on medium speed for 4 minutes until pale.

Add chocolate mixture and cocoa powder and stir. Add flour mixture and beat until fully combined, scraping basin sides.

Put batter in pan and smooth with rubber spatula. Bake for 15 minutes, but don't bake the brownie entirely because the cream cheese layer will bake.

In the bowl of your mixer, combine all the ingredients for the cheesecake layer, and beat for three to five minutes, or until the cheese batter is smooth.

Using a rubber spatula, smooth the top of the semi-baked brownie after adding the cream cheese mixture. For an additional 15 to 20 minutes, bake.

Cook chocolate chips, peanut butter, and nutella in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Let peanut butter and chocolate chips melt thoroughly.

Make sure all the rice krispies are coated. Spread rice krispies mixture over cream cheese and chill for two hours. Slice and serve.
