– 4 medium banana – ½ cup brown sugar – ½ cup apple sauce – 2 egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup pecan – ¼ cup butter  – 8 ounce cream cheese – 1 tablespoon maple syrup – ⅛ teaspoon salt – 3 cups icing sugar

Pre-heat your oven to 375℉. Use frying spray on a doughnut pan. Mash bananas with a fork or potato masher in a large bowl.

After mashing the bananas, add the brown sugar, apple sauce, eggs, vanilla, and salt and whisk until combined.

Stir in the baking powder, flour, and chopped pecans with a wooden spoon. Put the batter in a big ziplock or piping bag.

Twist the bag to keep the batter sliding to the bottom after pressing it all the way. To make the tip, trim one corner with scissors to 1 inch in diameter.

Bake the doughnuts till golden brown, 20–25 minutes. Transfer the doughnuts to a cooling rack and let them cool completely before frosting.

While waiting, create frosting. Put butter, cream cheese, and maple syrup in your mixer. Mix everything for 3 minutes until smooth.

Slowly restart your mixer and mix until all the icing sugar is integrated into the cream cheese. Cover each doughnut with cream cheese icing and crumbled bacon.
