The Best Haystack Cookies Recipe

Easy no-bake haystack cookies just require three ingredients! Add any sprinkle colour for all seasons and holidays.


SERVINGS: 36 COOKIES – 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (340 grams) – 1 (10-ounce) package peanut butter chips (285 grams) – 5 cups chow mein noodles (270 grams) – Optional: Sprinkle


Step 1

Put parchment paper on two large baking sheets. Put away.

Step 2

Put the peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a big bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the chips together until they are well mixed.

Step 3

In 30-second steps, melt the chocolate and smooth it out in the microwave, making sure to stir well after each increment.

Step 4

Pour in the chow mein noodles and mix them in with a spoon until they are cover with the chocolate peanut butter sauce.

Step 5

Put about two-teaspoon-sized scoops of the mixture on the baking sheets that have been prepped. Add sprinkles to the top of each one if you want to.

Step 6

Place the chocolate in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it is hard and set.
