Put parchment paper on two large baking sheets. Put away.

Put the peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a big bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the chips together until they are well mixed.

In 30-second steps, melt the chocolate and smooth it out in the microwave, making sure to stir well after each increment.

Pour in the chow mein noodles and mix them in with a spoon until they are cover with the chocolate peanut butter sauce.
Step 5
Put about two-teaspoon-sized scoops of the mixture on the baking sheets that have been prepped. Add sprinkles to the top of each one if you want to.
Step 6
Place the chocolate in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it is hard and set.
