Air-Fried Onion Before air-frying to crunchy, golden perfection, rings are double-crusted and seasoned with parmesan, paprika, Panko breadcrumbs, and other spices. Dip them in sauces, serve with dinners, or top burgers, hotdogs, and more!
After peeling the onions, cut them into slices that are ½ inch thick. By gently separating the slices, you can prevent them from breaking.
STEP-2
Flour, bread crumbs, salt, ranch dressing, paprika, and cayenne pepper should be mixed together in a medium-sized bowl.
STEP-3
Mix the egg and buttermilk together in a separate medium-sized plate.
STEP-4
Breadcrumbs, oil, and parmesan cheese should be combined in a third medium bowl.
STEP-5
The onion rings should be dipped in egg first, and then in flour. Once it has been dipped once again into the egg mixture, press it into the panko bread crumb mixture.
STEP-6
One layer should be placed on a baking pan. Each one has spray for cooking.
Prepare the air fryer by preheating it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
STEP-7
Put the onion rings in the air fryer and cook them in a single layer for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are crisp and browned.
STEP-8
Take the onion rings out of the air fryer and continue with the other ones.
