Sweet Cream Pancakes Recipe

They are fluffy and easy to make, and they taste great with sweet cream. Because they are filled with thick cream, they taste better and are fluffier.  

Ingredient

– 2 cups All-purpose flour – 2 teaspoon Baking powder – 1 teaspoon Baking soda – ½ teaspoon Salt – 2 tablespoon White granulated sugar – 1 ½ cups Heavy cream – ½ cup Milk any kind – 2 Large egg – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter to melt on the griddle

A big bowl should be used to sift the flour. Baking powder, baking soda, and salt should be added by hand.

Mix the sugar, heavy cream, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a separate dish using a whisk.

Incorporate the liquid components into the dry ones. The mixture should be whisked until it is barely mixed. Wait ten minutes before proceeding. As a result, the leavening agent is able to increase.

Warm up a skillet or a big frying pan over medium-low heat, or 350°F. Melt one tablespoon of butter on the skillet just before you add the pancake batter.

To make big pancakes, use a ½ cup measuring cup. After making the pancakes, let them sit for three to four minutes, or until the bubbles go away and the bottom turns brown. Turn the pancakes over.

To make rich brown, cook for two to three minutes.Once more, heat more butter before adding the pancake mix for the next batch. Warm it up and serve it with butter and syrup.
