Snickerdoodle Peanut Butter Chocolate Chex Mix Bars Recipe 

Snickerdoodle Peanut Butter Chocolate Chex Mix Bars may be the easiest treat to make. Peanut butter-mixed roasted Chex cereal with salty pretzels, almonds, and cinnamon sugar. Mixture is moulded into bars or cups and coated in thick chocolate. Making these delights is fun, tasty, and everyone loves them! They make great Thanksgiving and Christmas gifts! 

Ingredient

– 2 cups Corn Chex – 2 cups Rice Chex – 2 cups bite size pretzels – 1/2 cup mixed nuts – 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1 cup creamy peanut butter – 1 cup honey – 3-4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cover a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or 24 muffin moulds with paper liners.

Mix butter and vanilla on a rimmed baking sheet. Put Chex, pretzels, and nuts in. Season with sugar and cinnamon, then coat well. Spread the mixture evenly.

Bake 15 minutes, tossing halfway, until toasted. Cook the honey and peanut butter in a big pot over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring periodically, until smooth. Get off the heat.

Toss in toasted Chex mix. Spread the mixture in the pan. You can also scoop the mixture evenly into 24 cupcake liners.

Microwave chocolate and coconut oil until melted. Evenly cover the bars with melted chocolate. Chill 1 hour to set.

Add salt if required. Cut the bars after 15-20 minutes of resting at room temperature. Store in the fridge until serving.
