INGREDIENTS
– 1bananafrozen– 1/2cuppumpkin puree– 1/2cupvanilla Greek yogurtor plain Greek yogurt– 1/2cupunsweetened canned coconut milkthis will make the creamiest smoothie, but you can use your milk of choice– 1tablespoonalmond butteror any other nut butter– 1teaspoonvanilla extract– 1/2teaspoonground cinnamon– pinchof nutmegginger and allspice - or use pumpkin pie spice blend
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP-1
To begin, chop the frozen banana and place it in a blender along with the pumpkin puree. Blend until smooth then serve.
STEP-2
Using a blender, combine pureed pumpkin and banana. Afterwards, incorporate the yoghurt, then pour the coconut milk on top of it, and finally incorporate the remaining components.
STEP-3
