To cool the pan for five minutes. Place the blondies on a wire rack so that they can cool down.

– 1 & 1/4 cups all-purpose flour– 1 teaspoon baking powder– 1 teaspoon salt– 1 & 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar– 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted– 2 large egg– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 2 to 3 tablespoons jam or thick preserves*– 2 tablespoons chopped honey roasted peanut– coarse salt**
Warm the oven up to 350°F. Grease a baking dish that is 8 inches square. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Put away.

INSTRUCTIONS
The peanut butter, butter, eggs, and vanilla should all be mixed together with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Add the flour mixture and mix just until everything is combined.
Step 2
Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. Spread the jam on top of the dough. Add the peanuts on top.
Step 3
For 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
Add some coarse salt. Let it cool down before you cut it into bars.
