Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole

– 4 cups cooked chicken breast or thighs  – 4- ounce cream cheese softened at room temperature – 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta – ⅓ cup grated mozzarella cheese – ½ cup sour cream – 2 cups condensed chicken soup – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon onion powder – 32 Ritz crackers  – 4 Tablespoon unsalted butter melted – 2 stalks green onion
