Quick Apple Turnover Recipe Learn like a Pro 

When you want something delicious quickly, try these Quick Apple Turnovers. Delicious puff pastry apple turnovers, ready quickly and better than store-bought!  

– 2 tablespoon butter – 8 medium apple – 1 teaspoon cinnamon  – 2 tablespoon brown sugar – 2 sheets puff pastry – 1 egg



The butter should be heated in a skillet of medium size, and then the apples, cinnamon, and sugar should be added.


Wait around ten minutes, or until all of the juice from the apples has been absorbed and the apples have reached the desired level of doneness.


Allow the filling to cool for approximately five minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.


On a surface that has been dusted with flour, lay out each sheet of pastry and cut it into four pieces. Each piece should be approximately 5 inches by 5 inches.


To create 8 turnovers, put ⅛ of the apple filling to each pastry. It can be folded into a triangle or rectangle. 


You are free to fold it in whatever manner you choose, whether you make it into a triangle or a rectangle. 


First, use a fork to seal the edges of the crust, and then brush some egg around the perimeter of the pastry. 


After giving the turnovers a quick egg wash, make a few incisions in each pastry. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the crust turns golden brown.
