Pumpkin Pie Dip Recipe

Delicious and easy pumpkin dip with cream cheese is best served with Lotus biscuits, Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, gingersnap cookies, apple slices, and other fresh fruit.  

– 1 x 15 oz can pumpkin puree  – 8 oz cream cheese  – 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice  – 3 cups confectioner’s sugar – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract



Put all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and use either a hand mixer or a stand mixer to work the mixture.

Blend until all components are blended together. Before serving, let the dessert dip cool in the fridge in an airtight container.

For a minimum of thirty minutes. Serve this sweet dip with your favourite dippers, fruits, cookies, and crackers.

A good canned pumpkin puree is Libby's, or you can roast pumpkin at 400F until it's soft enough to puree.

For the cream cheese to blend with the other ingredients more easily, it needs to be at room temperature.

While simultaneously thickening the dip, it imparts a tangy flavour and a creaminess to the dish.

To make the puree, your roasted pumpkin should not have any oil or seasoning added to it.
