Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Chewy pumpkin cookies are what you get with these chocolate chip cookies made with pumpkin. Full of pumpkin, spices, and chocolate chips, these are the ingredients.

– 2 cups All-purpose flour – 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice – ½ teaspoon Baking powder – ½ teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – ¾ cup Pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling – 1 cup Unsalted butter melted and cooled – 1 cup Dark brown sugar – ¼ cup White granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 1 Egg yolk room temperature – 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip

Combine flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium basin. Set aside. Place pumpkin puree on a dish. Press paper towel on pumpkin. Repeat four times to remove moisture.

Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Two minutes of high-speed beating.Pour in pumpkin puree, vanilla, and egg yolk. Medium-mix until blended. Add dry ingredients and mix slowly. Next, add chocolate chips.

Warm the oven up to 350℉. Set up two cookie sheets with parchment paper between them. Wait 10 minutes before you scoop the cookie dough.

To get the dough, use a big cookie scoop. Each cookie sheet should have six cookie dough balls. Spread out the cookie dough a little with your hands.
