Monster Crunchies Recipe

Lunchtime Monster Crunchies. These treats are hard to resist because they simply need a few ingredients and no baking! Many M&Ms, chocolate chips, peanut butter, brown rice krispies, and broken pretzels. These are made in minutes and gone in seconds. Every crisp mouthful excites toddlers and adults. Perfect for lunch, afterschool, or workplace treats. Monster crunchies rock! 

Ingredient

– 1 bag (24 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1 tablespoon coconut oil – 3/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter – 3 cups brown rice crisps – 1 cup pretzels, broken – 1 cup mini M&M's regular M&Ms work too

Microwave melt chocolate and coconut oil (if using). Stir in peanut butter, brown rice krispies, pretzels, and M&Ms.

Scoop a tablespoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Wait 10 minutes to set in the fridge or freezer.
