Low Carb Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

Air Fryer Low Carb Zucchini Fries are perfect for keto-friendly crispy goodness! These tasty fries are healthier than potato fries and irresistible.  

– ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese – 1 large egg – ⅓ cup blanched almond flour – ½ teaspoon kosher salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ½ teaspoon ground sweet paprika – ½ teaspoon onion powder – ¼ teaspoon Herbs de Provence – 1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic

Before starting, gather and organise all the ingredients for this recipe. To prepare zucchini, cut them into ½-inch-wide and 4-inch-long strips.

Create two bowls. First, beat the egg. Place paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, dried herbs, garlic, almond flour, and grated Parmesan cheese in a second bowl.

Completely coat the egg-coated zucchini in almond flour-seasoning. The breading may stick after a few rolls. Put coated fries on a baking sheet or cutting board.

After preheating your air fryer to 400 F (200 C), place the basket liner inside. A simple substitute for liners is to cut parchment paper and punch holes in it.

In the preheated air fryer, place zucchini fries in a single layer with half an inch between them. This crisps them perfectly.

Your air fryer model and fry thickness will affect cooking time. Remove the zucchini fries from the air fryer carefully and let them cool for a few minutes.
