Lemon Garlic Foil Packet Shrimp Recipe

This cuisine, which is excellent for grilling season, is a crowd-pleasing dish that consists of prawns in a foil packet with lemon, butter and garlic.

– 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and de-veined – 4 Tbsp butter or ghee – 3 large cloves garlic minced – 1 tsp lemon zest – 1 Tbsp lemon juice – 1 tsp dried parsley – 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional – 1 pinch sea salt to taste

Heat your grill on high. Raw prawns should be peeled and deveined. Put the shrimp in the centre of a long foil sheet.

Stir in butter, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, dried parsley, and red pepper flakes (if you like heat).

Place the foil packet on the preheated grill. Replace cover and grill 8–10 minutes.

Flip the foil packet and grill prawns for 3–5 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Place on a baking sheet or chopping board after cooling. Open the foil packet and mix after cooling. Serve cocktail sauce or sides with prawns.
