Juicy Bacon Cheddar Burger Recipe

The Bacon Cheddar Burger is tender, flavorful, and packed with sharp cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, green lettuce, juicy sliced tomatoes, and crunchy red onions.  

– 1 pound Lean meat Ground Beef or Mix – 1 heaping teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon soy sauce – Salt and black pepper to taste – 1 ½ tablespoon breadcrumb – 1 medium egg – 8 slices of bacon – 1 large firm tomato – 1 large red onion  – Lettuce such as romaine – 4 -8 slices Sharp Cheddar cheese



Mix ground beef, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Breadcrumbs and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

For flavour blending, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Four compact beef balls. Form balls into ¾-inch patties, about 4 ½ inches wide.

Instead of using a burger press, shape the patties with your hands to achieve round edges.

To make assembling the burgers easier, prepare the ingredients and arrange them on a table.

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients to make the sauce. Put aside. Turn the heat up to medium-high in a grill pan.

Pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the patties are browned.

Add one or two slices of cheese and some crispy bacon on top at the very end. Take off the heat.

Perfectly assembled burgers. Toast your favourite buns in the oven or on a pan before serving.
