Instant Pot Turkey Breast – Fresh Or Frozen Recipe

Instant Pot Turkey Breast is delicate and simple to make. Make this time-saving recipe with fresh or frozen turkey breast.

Turkey breast giblets should be removed. When cooking a fresh turkey breast, raise the skin with your fingers and rub 3 tablespoons of butter (or olive oil) under it. You can season too.  


Rub the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter (or olive oil) on the turkey breast. You can season too. Season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.  


On an Instant Pot trivet with handles, put chicken broth. Put a thicker-side-down fresh or frozen turkey breast on top.

Melt butter and mix with other ingredients. The turkey breast should be placed on a foil-lined baking pan with olive oil after opening the Instant Pot cover.  


For crispier skin, brush the turkey breast with the Buttery Mixture and broil for 5-8 minutes.  


Be careful and rotate the pan to avoid burning. Brush on more pan sauce if needed. Broil skin till crispy and golden. Serve and enjoy!
