– 1 pound elbow macaroni – 4 tablespoons butter – 4 cups water – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon dry mustard – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese – 1 cup mozzarella cheese



Pasta, butter, and water should be added to the Instant Pot. Put the valve in the sealing position, close the lid, and lock it.
