Healthy Taco Salad Recipe

– 2 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and chopped into 2 or 2.5-inch cube – 2 tablespoons salted butter or unsalted + more for serving – ½ cup milk warmed – a pinch of salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – 6 slices bacon – 2 teaspoon dark brown sugar



In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it is no longer pink and has a golden colour.
