– 3 large ripe avocados about 23 ounce – ¼ cup fresh lime juice – 2 large cloves garlic minced – 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste Optional Additions: – 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped and loosely packed – ½ cup red onion finely chopped – 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
