Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe 

Ground Beef Stroganoff is a hearty meal with ground beef and sauteed mushrooms in a creamy sauce great for any occasion. 

– 1 tablespoon butter – 1 yellow onion  – 3 garlic cloves  – 8 ounce baby bella mushrooms  – 1 pound lean ground beef – ½ teaspoon salt  – ½ teaspoon ground black pepper – 2 cups heavy cream – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon cornstarch  – 4 cups dry pasta



After softening diced onion for 5-6 minutes, add minced garlic and stir for one minute. Stir sliced mushrooms for 3 minutes to soften.

Minced meat cooks for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce after the meat is pale brown.

Combine and lower heat. It should simmer for 8-10 minutes to flavour. Salt as needed. Meanwhile, cook pasta per the package.

One tablespoon of cornflour and one tablespoon of water should be added. Heatedly stir until thickened.

Just keep in mind that a lot of sauce will be absorbed by the pasta. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and reheat.
