Easy Canned Salmon Salad Recipe

Easy, healthy canned salmon salad with amazing flavours! This creamy mayo-free salmon salad is easy to make in 10 minutes for a high-protein meal. Customise it to your liking!


– 4 (6-oz) cans wild-caught salmon – 1 cup dill pickles finely chopped – ½ cup pepperoncinis chopped* – 1 large ripe avocado diced – 4 green onions chopped – 4 Tbsp dijon mustard to taste – 3 to 4 Tbsp fresh herbs chopped** – Sea salt and pepper to taste


Beat all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.

Step 1

Taste the salmon salad and add sea salt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, black pepper, etc. to taste. 

Step 2

Add more avocado, pickles, pepperoncinis, etc. Flavour this beauty as you please!

Step 3

Salmon salad can be eaten alone or in sandwiches, green salads, lettuce cups, or wraps.
