Coffee Chocolate Chip Blondies Recipe

These gooey Coffee Chocolate Chip Blondies scream "make me, eat me." Contains nutty browned butter, brown sugar, authentic maple syrup, a hint of coffee, and sea salt. Everything about these chocolatey coffee-swirled blondies is great. The real secret? Vanilla-coffee brown butter.

Ingredient

– 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter – 1/2 cup maple syrup – 1 cup brown sugar – 2 eggs – 1-2 tablespoons vanilla extract (I always use 2) – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1-2 tablespoons instant espresso or coffee powder – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips – Flaky sea salt (optional)
