Coconut-Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

These sweet potato fries, which are crunchy and sweet, are a delicious treat that can be served as a side dish.

– 1 large sweet potato cut into wedge – 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil – 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons coconut sugar – 1.5 tablespoons tapioca starch* – 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon sea salt plus more for serving

Start with a 425-degree oven. Clean and cut the sweet potato into wedges or matchsticks.

To a mixing dish, add the sliced sweet potatoes and the remaining ingredients. Mix everything with your hands to coat the potatoes.

Spread sweet potatoes on a large non-stick baking pan in one layer.
