Cinnamon Banana Bread With Raisins

This cinnamon banana bread with sweet raisins will beat your chocolate chip banana bread. Mash bananas make this cinnamon bread moist and golden brown. 

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – ½ cup salted butter softened – ¾ cup white sugar – 1 cup mashed bananas  – 2 large egg – 2 teaspoons vanilla – 1 cup raisin



Set oven temperature to 350°F. Use cooking spray or butter to grease a 9 by 5 inch pan that has been prepared, or line it with parchment paper.

In a bowl of medium size, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and spices by whisking them together.

To achieve a smooth consistency, use a hand mixer to beat the butter and sugar together in a separate mixing bowl.

Put in the eggs one at a time and beat them on medium until they are completely incorporated.

Mix in the vanilla extract, bananas, and raisins until they are completely incorporated.

First, sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and then mix the mixture on a low speed.

You should bake the loaf for forty-five to fifty minutes, or until a toothpick that is inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean.

Take the loaf out of the pan and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack after allowing it to cool for ten minutes in the pan at room temperature.
