Chocolate Pecan Pie Cookie Easiest Recipe Ever 

Chocolate Pecan Pie Cookies: The most ideal cookie filling is made with chopped pecans combined with butter, corn syrup, and chocolate powder.  

– 1 cup butter – ½ cup brown sugar – ½ cup corn syrup – 2 egg – 2½ cups all-purpose flour – ¼ cup butter – ½ cup powdered sugar – 3 tablespoon corn syrup – 1 tablespoon cocoa powder – ¾ cup chopped pecan



Beat 1 cup butter and brown sugar in a mixer bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy. Combine ½ cup corn syrup and egg yolks, beating well.


Mix with flour gradually. Refrigerate cookie dough for at least an hour wrapped in plastic.


While waiting, melt ¼ cup butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add powdered sugar and 3 tbsp corn syrup. 


Stir in chocolate powder until boiling. Remove from heat and add pecans. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature for 30 minutes.


Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 baking pans with parchment paper. Make 1-inch cookie dough balls and set 2 inches apart on baking pans.


Beat egg whites just enough to get frothy. Dredge the cookie dough balls in egg whites.


In each cookie ball, make an indentation with your thumb. Fill the indentations with approximately 1 tsp of the pecan mixture.


Bake until gently golden, about 13 minutes. After removing the cookies, chill them fully on wire racks.
