Carrot Banana Pecan Muffins Recipe 

Try these fluffy Carrot Banana Pecan Muffins. They're moist, tasty, and easy to make. These homemade muffins are great for breakfast and snack. 

– 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon cinnamon – ½ cup granulated sugar – ¼ cup brown sugar – ½ cup unsalted butter  – 2 eggs  – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup carrot – ¾ cup mashed banana – ½ cup chopped pecan



Bake at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The muffin tin should be prepared with the muffin liners.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl. Reserve the bowl.

Mix melted butter, vanilla, and eggs in another bowl. Mix the dry and wet ingredients to make a thick batter.

Carefully fold in the shredded carrot and mashed bananas without overmixing. Fill muffin liners ⅔ full with muffin mixture.
