Caprese Pasta Salad

A perfect blend of simplicity, freshness, and pasta, this colourful Caprese Pasta Salad is delicious! Tender pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in tangy balsamic glaze vinaigrette. 

– 12 ounces farfalle pasta – 1½ cups cherry tomatoe – 8 ounces bocconcini  – 1 cup fresh basil leave – 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze  – ⅓ cup olive oil – 2 cloves garlic – salt and pepper

Boil a large pot of salted water. Prepare pasta as directed on the package until al dente. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water to stop cooking.

Add the dressing to the pasta and gently mix. Dress pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil evenly.
