Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

Low-sugar, dairy-free Easy Healthy Blueberry Banana Muffins are tasty and healthy. Customise these beauties to your heart's content! 

– 2 cups rolled oats – 2 ripe bananas 1 cup mashed – 2 large egg – 3 Tbsp avocado oil – 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup – 1 tsp pure vanilla extract – 1 tsp apple cider vinegar – 2 tsp baking powder – 1/4 tsp baking soda – 1/2 tsp sea salt – 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional – 1 cup fresh blueberrie

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with 6-9 sheets, depending on size. I make 6 large muffins.

High-speed blenders create flour from rolled oats in 30 seconds.Blend or process all muffin ingredients except blueberries.

For each muffin tin hole, fill ⅔ with batter. Pick the muffin batter blueberry count.

Blueberries can be mixed before pouring into muffin holes, but I like hand-mixing for even distribution. I baked muffins with them.

After 20–30 minutes on the centre rack of the preheated oven, the muffins should be golden brown and clean.Peel muffins after cooling.
