– 15ozcottage cheese– 4ozrolled oat– 4egg– 2tablespoonsolive oilor coconut oil– 1tablespoonstrawberry powdercan be made without this as well– 1teaspoonlemon zest– 1tablespoonbaking powder– 1/4teaspoonsalt
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP-1
Put the oven on to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
STEP-2
First, a loaf pan with a diameter of nine inches should be lightly sprayed with baking spray or butter, and then it should be set aside temporarily.
STEP-3
Start by placing all of the ingredients into a food processor and continuing to process them until they are totally smooth.
STEP-4
The batter should be transferred to the pan that has been put together.
STEP-5
The oven should be preheated, and the baking time should be between fifty and sixty-six minutes.
STEP-6
Remember to give the bread a gentle tap before serving. You can tell that it is finished if you hear a hollow sound.

The bread should be removed from the oven and placed on a wire rack so that it can cool down while it is still present in the pan.
