Banana Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Banana peanut butter cookies are simple to prepare without chilling or mixing. It contains mashed bananas, peanut butter, cinnamon, and small chocolate chips.

Ingredient

– 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon – 2 Overripe mashed banana – 1 cup Unsalted butter melted and cooled – 1 ¼ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – ¼ cup White granulated sugar – 1 cup Peanut butter creamy – 1 Large egg room temperature – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 1 ½ cups Mini chocolate chips Plus more to top the cookie

Direction

Sift flour in a medium basin. Next, add baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside. Mash overripe bananas on a dish using a fork or potato masher.

Blend the butter, brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla in a large basin.Stir in the dry ingredients using a rubber spatula. Mix in small chocolate chips.

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Set up two cookie sheets with parchment paper between them. While the oven heats up, let the dough rest. The gluten is mixed into the dough.

Scoop dough with a 2oz cookie scoop. Per sheet, scoop 6 cookie dough balls. Add more small chocolate chips before baking.One cookie sheet at a time. Bake 13-15 minutes. Edges should be gently browned and middles slightly underbaked.

 Sprinkle small chocolate chips on top.Keep the cookies on the heated pan for 10 minutes. Somewhat brittle when heated. Cool them fully on a rack.
