Easy, creamy, luscious chunky avocado dip is the perfect appetiser for visitors! Spread it on salads, sandwiches, burgers, and tacos!

– 3 ripe avocados peeled and diced – 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes cut into 4th – ¾ cup red onion finely chopped – 6 ounces feta cheese* – 2 cloves garlic minced – 2 Tbsp lime juice to taste – ½ tsp sea salt to taste – ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped, optional

In a large bowl, combine chopped avocados, sea salt, and lime juice. For best texture, mash avocados into a thick dip. Make the dip creamy or chunky to your liking.

Add diced tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and cilantro to the bowl and stir thoroughly.

Taste the dip and add salt, lime juice, garlic, onion, or cilantro to taste.
