Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp Recipe

A 3- to 4-minute crispy, zesty air fryer prawn recipe! Serve it with dipping sauce as an appetiser or with sides as a main dish.

– 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined – 2 Tbsp avocado oil – 3 cloves garlic minced – 1 tsp ground paprika – ¼ tsp sea salt – 1 to 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Unzip the raw prawns, avocado oil, garlic, sea salt, and paprika. Pluck and devein prawns before marinating. Marinate prawns in a sealed, shaken bag.

Put in the fridge for 15 minutes to 8 hours. Turn on the air fryer to 400 degrees F before cooking.

Place the prawns in the air fryer in a single layer (or two batches, depending on size).

Air fry 4 minutes. If needed, air fried prawns for 1 minute longer.

Note that prawns cooks quickly, so prevent overcooking. When the prawns is pink and 165 degrees F, it is done.

The prawns should be served with one to two teaspoons of fresh lemon juice poured over them.
